 Bus Isi Qadar Hee Eqsh Tha

 Baqadar E shaoq Seh Liya

 Aur Ab Maal E kaar Hum

 Ghubar Men Nahu Rahe

 Khumar Men nahi Rahe

 So Aaj Tere Kisi

‏بقدرِ ظرف کاٹ لی

‏بس اس قدر ہی عشق تھا

‏بقدرِ شوق سہہ لیا

‏اور اب مالِ کار ہم

‏غبار میں نہیں رہے

‏خمار میں نہیں رہے

‏سو آج ہم تیرے کسی
